Connect and pick a sheet
Open Settings → Connections and connect Google Sheets by signing in. On the action, paste the spreadsheet's link and, if it is not the first tab, the tab's name. The connected account needs edit access.
Lay out the columns
Columns takes one template per line; each line becomes one cell, left to right, appended under the last filled row. A value that is a plain number is stored as a number; everything else is stored as text and never read as a formula, whatever the event carries.
Put a header row in the sheet yourself; the action appends below whatever is there.

A run records where the row landed. A spreadsheet the account cannot edit, a tab name that does not exist, or a spreadsheet that is gone is recorded with that reason and the flow stops until it is fixed.
Google allows about sixty writes a minute per account. A flow that fires faster should use Batch per block or a cooldown in the trigger's Noise section.
