Tailflow

Terms of Service

Last updated 5 September 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Tailflow. They are written to be read: what the service does, what you pay for, what you are responsible for, and — the part most terms bury — the specific things we do not promise. If something here is unclear, ask us before you rely on it.

1. The agreement

Tailflow is operated by DS Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company registered at 50 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and “you” means that company.

You must be at least 16 and legally able to enter a contract.

2. What the service does

Tailflow watches public blockchain activity, filters it against rules you write, and runs actions you configure when a match occurs — delivering a message, calling your webhook, running your code, asking a model about the event, and so on.

The service is currently in early access. Features may change, and some are incomplete. We will not remove something you depend on without telling you first.

3. Your account

Keep your credentials secure and your email address current. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised — you can end any session yourself in Settings.

One person or company per account; do not share logins.

4. Credits, plans and payment

Tailflow bills by credits, and only when a flow acts. Watching the chain and filtering it costs nothing, however many events pass through your filters. A credit is consumed when an action runs, and different actions cost different amounts — asking a model to reason about an event costs more than delivering a message, because it costs us more.

  • Plan allowances and prices are those published on our pricing page at the time you subscribe.
  • Fees are stated exclusive of VAT and other taxes unless we say otherwise, and are payable in advance for each period.
  • Unused credits do not roll over from one period into the next. If you cancel, see the refund paragraph below — not rolling over is not the same as being kept.
  • A run that fails still consumes the credits for the work performed before it failed. We do not charge for a run we never attempted.
  • Test runs you trigger from the designer are marked as tests and are never billed. Try a flow as many times as you like before enabling it.
  • We may change prices with 30 days’ notice. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; Stripe handles them under its own terms.

Cancel any time, and we refund what you have not used. If you cancel, we refund the credits remaining in your current month, no questions asked. We would rather you left without an argument and came back later than felt trapped by a subscription. This is in addition to any right the law gives you that we cannot exclude.

5. Limits we apply, and why

Some limits exist to protect you as much as us, and we would rather state them than have you discover them.

  • Fan-out has a ceiling. A single poll will not produce more than a fixed number of runs for one flow. If a filter matches more than that, we run up to the ceiling and record the true number, so you can see it happened. We truncate loudly rather than discarding silently.
  • Flows fire forward only. A flow starts from the moment you enable it. It does not backfill history, and we do not promise you can replay the past.
  • A broken flow stops and says so. If a filter cannot be evaluated, or a connection is revoked, the flow is put into an error state and the reason recorded. It does not quietly stop matching.
  • Rate and fair use. We may apply reasonable limits to protect the service. If your use requires more, talk to us rather than working around them.

6. Your flows and your content

Your flows, the text in them and the data your actions produce are yours. We claim no ownership. You grant us only the licence we need to operate the service for you: to store your configuration, run it, and transmit its output to the destinations you chose.

You are responsible for what your flows do. In particular: a webhook goes wherever you point it, code you write in a Transform action runs on your behalf, and a message your flow posts is a message you posted.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Tailflow to:

  • break the law, or help anyone else do so;
  • send spam, or deliver messages to people who have not agreed to receive them;
  • attack, overload, probe or reverse engineer the service, or circumvent its limits;
  • access another customer’s data, or use credentials that are not yours to use;
  • facilitate market manipulation, or activity presented as financial advice when it is not;
  • infringe someone’s rights, or deliver content that is unlawful or abusive.

We may suspend an account that is causing harm, and will tell you why. Where the harm is not urgent, we will ask you to fix it first.

8. Services you connect

When you connect Slack, X, Linear, Google or another service, you authorise us to act on your behalf there, within the permissions you granted. Those services have their own terms, and their availability and behaviour are not ours to control. If one of them changes an API, revokes a token, or rate-limits you, your flow may stop working through no fault of either of us.

You can disconnect any connection at any time. Flows that depend on it will stop and say so.

9. Not financial advice, and not a source of truth

This clause matters more than its length suggests. Tailflow is a notification and automation tool, not a financial adviser, custodian, exchange or broker. Nothing the product produces — including anything written by an AI model in an Agent action — is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

Do not use Tailflow as the sole trigger for an irreversible decision. Blockchains reorganise; upstream data providers have outages; a message can be delayed or lost. We apply confirmations and reorg margins to reduce false alerts, but we do not guarantee that every event will be detected, that it will be detected within any particular time, or that an alert is correct. Verify anything that matters against the chain itself.

10. Availability

We aim for the service to be available and quick, and we work on it continuously. During early access we do not offer a service level agreement, and we may need to take the service down for maintenance. Where we can give notice, we will.

11. Warranties

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law permits, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law permits, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity — this expressly includes trading losses, missed opportunities and decisions taken on the basis of an alert.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and US $100.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Tailflow and delete your account at any time. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for; we do not pro-rate unless the law requires it.

We may end the agreement if you materially breach these terms and do not fix it within 14 days of being asked, or immediately where the breach is serious. On termination your flows stop running and your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Export anything you want to keep before you close your account.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For a material change we will give account holders 30 days’ notice by email before it takes effect, and you may cancel rather than accept it. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings there.

If a clause is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us.
