Configure the email

Add Email, enter one recipient in To, then fill in Subject and Body. Messages are sent from Tailflow’s address; you do not need to connect a mailbox.

To send to several people, add an Email action for each recipient. Each completed action consumes its own credit.

Use templates

To, Subject, and Body can use event values. For a fixed team alert, use a fixed recipient and template only the message content. Body is text; do not rely on HTML email formatting.

Test and inspect

Test run shows the rendered email without sending it. A successful preview does not confirm that a mailbox accepted a real message. Inspect the live action result and check spam folders if an expected message is missing.
